This young man is the eldest of his brothers and sisters. He was the hope of his family for earning their livelihood but now he needs the family to help him move. He said he didn't lose his heart and tried to work to prove himself a productive member of his family and society. After the recovery from this incident he started to sell local made cold drinks in the summer and dry fruits in winter. But to go to the market and come back home he needed his brother to take him to and from the market. He said, this wheelchair is legs for him and he will not need his brother to take him to and from the market. He was amazingly impressed when LIFE staff told him that American people donated him this wheelchair. He asked LIFE staff with a very loud voice to thank American people for him because they became the source for his mobility and dignified his life while Russian and other rival groups were reason for taking his legs. |
