John Reese, a Vietnam War veteran who lives in Walnut Creek, looks at a picture of a child he bought a wheelchair for as he prepares for a trip back to Vietnam. Reese and a group of veterans are bringing hundreds of wheelchairs that will be donated to disabled people.
